Interview – Beth Hall

My name is Beth Hall and I began working for CK Washington in November 2010. I joined the Company as a Sales Co-Ordinator having previously worked in Sales in another Company. I have not worked in the Automotive sector before, but I have always been interested in it having studied Mechanical Engineering at college.

I decided to join CK as I felt it offered me the opportunity to develop personally and in my career. To date, I have not been disappointed . I have been comprehensively trained and given opportunities that would not have been available in other companies.

During my first year at CK, I became a CK Way Ambassador. At first, I wasn’t really sure what the CK Way was about, but having been trained, I realise that in simple terms, it is a set of guidelines which encourages people to work together as a team for the benefit of everyone in CK. It’s very satisfying to work for a Company that so highly regards mutual respect and co-operation between departments and regions.

Since working for CK, I have been promoted within the Sales Department to Controller, which has been possible due to internal promotion opportunities provided in the Company. I believe CK recognises potential in employees and affords the opportunities to develop skills over a wide range of areas. I am looking forward to seeing what my future at CK brings!
